Therapy + Day 3

Dear Faithful Praying Family & Friends,

Thank you for continuing to pray, to read, and to comment!  I swam 1/2 mile on Tuesday night and I plan to swim again tonight.  I feel amazingly well. I am struggling with unrelenting heartburn but that is caused by anti-nausea meds, so I’m taking Zantac.  Sleeping well.

I’ll write more on the weekend but wanted you to know how much I appreciate you praying me through this first week.

Coram Deo,

Margo

Oh, Margo, I have had you on my mind and in my prayers so frequently over the past week. What incredible news! Yes, Yes, Lord!!! I know there is much ahead but I do celebrate these sacred moments now. You swim, girl. Swim on! (from a former AAU swimmer herself).

  2. Dear Julie,

Thank you so much for praying, for reading, and for blogging! You just made my day! Next week, I will be stronger and ready to meet you for lunch, as your schedule permits! Also, do you swim? Where? I find swimming to be great therapy in many ways!

Praying for you! I eagerly await an update.

    Benedictus es, Domine.

    Coram Deo,
    Margo

    Dear Margo,
I read your schedule and am amazed at how organized everything is! I can only stay on track if I make a list for myself each day. I pray for God to keep me from forgetting anything truly important, like a grandchild’s birthday. I do remember to pray for you and other friends going through tough times. There are so many dealing with so much and I realize how blessed my life is. I pray that you will always feel the peace He gives us and the confidence from knowing He is in charge of all our comings and goings. Oh, how He loves you and me!
    My love, Meredith

    • Dear Meredith,

Thank you for reading my blog, commenting, praying, and encouraging me! Reading your comment is like an oasis in the dry desert of this week, after chemo–I’m not used to being “down” physically or mentally but this is just the place I am in. With the prayers of dear folks like you, I will survive and thrive–eventually. I do believe in the omnipresence of The Holy Trinity, even at my lowest moments. My circumstances don’t matter–only His constancy & unchangeable nature endures– in holiness & love; truth & grace.

Thanks for taking time to write!
      Coram Deo,
      Margo

    Precious Margo,
You are an inspiration to us all…God has given you an opportunity to speak to so many and on different levels of need and faith journey. He will direct your path (even in the water 😉 as you continue to look to Him for your all in all. Love you, dear friend!!!

      Dear Connie,

Thank you for continuing to read, to comment, and to pray! Your words are such an encouragement. Thank you for the reminder that “He will direct my path.” “He traces our journey.” Psalm 121. Fun keeping up with you on FB, too. Enjoying those grandbabies? What a privilege!

      Coram Deo,
      Margo

    Dear Connie,

Thank you for your encouraging words and your prayers! I could not survive without the love and attention of my family & friends. My path took a circuitous and unexpected route this weekend and I realize even more that, in my weakness, God is my strength and refuge. What a mighty God we serve! My life is in His hands. He may do what He wills. Sure feels good to be alive.

    Coram Deo,
    Margo
